Job Title: Quality and Sustainability Manager

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

A leading packaging company is seeking a talented individual to oversee its quality and sustainability management system. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an integrated system that supports business objectives and long-term strategy. This will involve monitoring departmental performance, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and accreditation requirements.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and maintaining a management system that aligns with business objectives
  • Monitoring departmental performance and providing regular data to the Board Representative
  • Conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with SOPs and working practices
  • Investigating customer complaints and non-conformances to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Liaising with quality management and standards bodies to ensure ongoing certification and surveillance visits


The ideal candidate will have experience in a quality or sustainability role, preferably within the packaging or graphic industry. Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and report writing abilities are essential for success in this position.
