About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in commercial general insurance products, trading experience, and knowledge of the UK market. As a Commercial Insurance Market Specialist, you will play a key role in managing new business and supporting the renewal of existing policies, working closely with our insurers to negotiate terms and ensure retention of high-quality outcomes for our customers.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for product and pricing enhancements, negotiating and implementing agreed-upon advancements to maintain our competitive edge. Additionally, you will deliver short-term projects and activities as required by your Line Manager.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of the commercial general insurance market, technical expertise in commercial lines, and experience in delivering results in a targeted insurance regulatory environment. Your skills will include excellent negotiation and influencing abilities, leadership skills, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
