We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Keeler Recruitment. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Oversee the control and valuation of inventory, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Financial Planning: Partner with the business to set a challenging, accurate plan and forecast for inventory and variable costs.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze results against plan, understand and document drivers of variances and re-forecast accordingly.
  • Process Improvement: Partner with the business to implement change, improve processes, and drive improvements that flow through to financial results.
  • System Implementation: Lead the inventory side of system implementation and improvements.
  • Financial Reporting: Support the accounting team to ensure they maintain a robust and reconciled balance sheet.
  • Working Capital Management: Work with the wider finance team to ensure working capital forecast assumptions are accurate.
  • Currency Hedging: Support the currency hedging process, ensuring alignment with group policy.
  • Internal Controls: Work with the Group Assurance Manager to ensure internal control standards are in place with regard to the Inventory systems and process.
  • Audit Support: Work with the Financial Controller to manage all inventory related aspects of interim and full year audits.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in finance business partnering, with a focus on inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
