Job Title: Injection Moulder Setter

We are seeking an experienced Injection Moulder Setter to join our team at Eurocell Group PLC in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up mould tooling to quoted cycles, optimising the process and trialling new tooling. They will also be involved in maintaining and performing preventative maintenance on moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.

In addition, they will provide training and supervision to material handlers, perform quality checks on components to varying quality standards, complete full line clearances at the end of a production run and check paperwork for anomalies.

This is a rotational shift role, with working hours from 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, or 22:00-06:00 Monday to Friday.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £32,899.92-£37,288.72 per annum, depending on skills and experience. You will also receive minimum 25 days paid leave each year, plus statutory holidays.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recent experience in injection moulding tool setting is essential.
  • Proven ability to set machines and change tooling with minimal supervision.
  • Experience of trouble shooting, problem solving, process setup, tool trials and optimisation.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Proactivity and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Proven health and safety exposure and understanding.
  • Flexibility towards working shifts.
