Facilities Engineer

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer (Electrical) to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Trust's electrical systems and ensuring they meet statutory compliance and are fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities:- Performing semi-skilled maintenance tasks and checks, including PPM checks, to maintain electrical systems and building fittings.
- Using CAFM system to access work requests and provide feedback on job status.
- Building relationships with Site Service Managers, QTS staff, stakeholders, and external service providers and contractors to support service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a relevant facilities/maintenance environment and be able to demonstrate their ability to work unsupervised within a team structure. They will also possess sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and codes of practice applicable to estates maintenance in a healthcare setting.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrable experience of working in a customer-oriented environment.
- Ability to use CAFM systems and handheld technology.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
