Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Belfast Real Estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project management commissions, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • Act as the key day-to-day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and Turner & Townsend policies.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality project management services across the full project lifecycle.
  • Ideal professionally qualified (MCIOB / APM or similar).
  • Degree or HNC level qualification.

Estimated Salary Range

£45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
