As a Chef at Andras Hotels, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in ensuring that food production and service are carried out to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily running of the kitchen
  • Ensure good understanding of HACCP and COSHH
  • Control costs and quality of goods
  • Monitor temperature readings and kitchen equipment
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Prepare and serve food to the required standard
