Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the care and nursing teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services
- Develop and implement care plans and risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of residents
- Oversee and manage the clinical elements of the unit, including medication management and storage
- Act as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to your unit, with responsibility for their care and well-being
- Supervise and manage the ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal of medication
We are looking for a natural leader with excellent clinical and communication skills, who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and services. You will have a thorough understanding of best practice in nursing care and be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to encouraging and motivating people.
You will also have a good standard of digital skills and be able to work confidently on your own initiative. As this is a management role, you should have post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications.
