Asbestos Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Asbestos Consultant to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As an Asbestos Consultant, you will be responsible for undertaking asbestos surveys across various properties, collecting bulk samples for analysis, and producing high-quality survey reports in a timely manner.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work with a well-respected environmental consultancy. The successful candidate will possess the BOHS P402 certification, have a minimum of 12 years' experience in completing asbestos surveys, and hold a full UK driving license. You will also need to be flexible in your working approach, willing to travel, and proficient in IT skills, including knowledge of TEAMS systems.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake asbestos surveys (management, refurbishment, and demolition) across a wide range of properties
• Collect bulk samples for laboratory analysis
• Produce and submit high-quality survey reports in a timely manner
• Liaise with clients, management teams, and tenants on a daily basis
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety legislation related to asbestos
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
