We are seeking an experienced Machine Programmer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC machines to produce high-quality machined parts and tooling.

**Job Description:*

  • Programming and setting up CNC machines for efficient and effective operation
  • Developing and implementing new programs to improve production efficiency and quality

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • CNC milling experience, preferably with knowledge of precision engineering principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex machine issues
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment

**Benefits:*

  • Competitive salary range £25,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience
