About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Makeup Artistry Expert to join our team in Space NK/North of England. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide exceptional makeup services to clients, promoting our luxurious products and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized makeup consultations and services to clients in allocated stores.
  • Offer expert colour matching and advice on product usage.
  • Conduct training sessions for store teams on our latest innovations and products.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure excellent client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with exceptional makeup skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
