Fashion Personnel seeks a detail-oriented and organized Childrenswear Garment Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical specifications, tracking samples, and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assisting in the creation and updating of technical specifications and comments
  2. Recording accurate notes during product fittings
  3. Measuring samples as required
  4. Maintaining trackers and tech packs
  5. Verifying product compliance with labelling standards
  6. Preparing shipment samples and analyzing production quality
  7. Collaborating with the Head of Production and Technical to generate reports on factories, quality, and reliability
  8. BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SUPPLIERS IS KEY
  9. Assisting with inspecting goods in and reporting dispatch issues.

Experience working on womenswear is preferred, but not necessary.

This role offers opportunities for growth and management of your own areas with potential for 5 days in the office.

The estimated salary for this position is around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
