Aircraft Regulatory Specialist

Mundipharma is seeking a talented Regulatory Systems Manager to join their team in Cambridge. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with innovative treatments and deliver more for patients, healthcare professionals, partners, and employees.

• This position involves strategy and management of all systems and data within the regulatory affairs function.
• You will be responsible for the strategy and oversight of the regulatory information management system (RIM) and external regulatory systems support group and regulatory submission management and publishing teams.

In this role, you will also oversee regulatory data management and manage training and SOPs for regulatory purposes.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in regulatory operations, data, and system management.

• Develop and implement strategies for regulatory systems ensuring they are fit for purpose for the function and wider organisation.
• Manage the external regulatory systems support team and ensure their delivery.
• Evaluate new technologies for future enhancements and improvements, leading any plans for implementation.
• Evaluate changes in regulatory guidance and highlight impact and strategy management to senior leaders.
• Oversight of the external data squad team and regulatory Data ownership and reporting to the organization.
• Proactively lead data and process analysis to identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes.
• Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools.

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a flexible benefits allowance.
