Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a reputable facility in Wolverhampton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide breakdown cover on automated equipment and service/repair production equipment in line with FMCG policies and safe working procedures.
  • Implement continuous improvement of equipment and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
  • Conduct day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical issues.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience within a manufacturing or production environment is essential.
  • Familiarity with fast-wrap machinery and material handling systems is necessary.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with a willingness to learn new techniques and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
