**Job Description**

As a Second-Hand Retail Volunteer with Save the Children, you'll be part of a dedicated team working together to raise vital funds for our charity.

**About the Role**

We're seeking an individual to join our shop team in Mary's Living & Giving Kew. As a volunteer, you'll play a key role in sorting and pricing stock, engaging with customers, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

**Responsibilities**

  • Sort and price stock to ensure our shop floor looks its best.
  • Engage with customers, providing excellent customer service and promoting our cause.
  • Ring items through the till and process sales efficiently.
  • Create eye-catching window displays to attract visitors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop floor, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.

**Working Conditions**

This role involves working in a busy retail environment, with some physical demands such as lifting and standing for long periods.
