We are looking for a highly skilled Agricultural Crop Coordinator to join our team at the Organic Growers Alliance in Barnet.

About the Role:

  • Co-ordinate and implement sustainable farming practices on a 6-acre field.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local restaurants and cafes.
  • Support the growth and development of a thriving community farm.

Key Tasks:

  • Manage crop planning and production to meet seasonal demand.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and minimise waste.
  • Collaborate with the farm team to achieve organisational goals.

Essential Skills:

  • At least 3 years' experience in organic farming or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:
