Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our team in Telford. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Your primary responsibility will be to support the engineering team with planned preventive maintenance and MPS objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Use root analysis and other tools to diagnose faults and develop corrective action plans.
- Work with operators and shift technicians to identify and implement standard equipment settings through effective trials.
- Focus on reducing waste and improving line and factory efficiency targets.
- Deliver required standards in relation to Engineering GMP and food safety standards.
- Multi-skilled in electrical and mechanical engineering.
- Strong engineering qualifications and background.
- BTEC Level 3 (ONC) or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical, planning, communication, and organizing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
