Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Hamilton Woods Careers. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, conducting inspections, and maintaining equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance tasks from the CMMS system, focusing on PPM schedules.
  • Conduct inspections and prepare plants and chutes for regular shutdowns.
  • Patch up worn equipment due to the abrasive nature of the materials, including welding and other repair techniques.
  • Participate in a 60/40 planned/reactive maintenance split.
  • Maintain site cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of maintenance procedures and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
