About the Job:

We are looking for an exceptional Quality Engineer to join our team at Smart4Chemicals in Lancashire.

Role Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, investigating and resolving quality issues, and promoting a quality-centric culture within the organisation.

Key Tasks:
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reporting systems to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality training programs and workshops.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Benefits include a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package including healthcare and pension contributions, and opportunities for career progression within a global company.
