About the Job:
Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Audiologist to join their team in providing high-quality audiological services. As an Audiologist, you will be responsible for assessing and rehabilitating adults with hearing impairments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments, including diagnostic tests and rehabilitative care.
- Program and provide complex hearing aids using specialized computer software and hardware.
- Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to service development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification (Dip Audiology with relevant BSc or BAA parts 1 & 2 with H'Tec/B'Tec MPPM).
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with computer databases and word processing.
