About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Director to lead our Pricing and Corporate team. As a key member of our Actuarial Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our commercial and strategic approach using creative actuarial insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the deal-level pricing outside of the algorithm, including model development, building, and maintenance.
  • Deliver a best-in-class pricing model and ensure its governance and documentation.
  • Embed actuarial insight into Portfolio Underwriting teams through the provision of excellent MI.
  • Add challenge and input into business planning, supporting the strategic direction of Ki through deep-dive reviews.
  • Drive improved performance monitoring via communication of technical pricing updates and targeted performance presentations.
