Child Development Coordinator Position

We are looking for a motivated Child Development Coordinator to join our preschool team. In this role, you will work closely with young children, helping them develop and grow through engaging activities, while also contributing to a warm and welcoming environment.

About the Position:

You will be responsible for carrying out observations, planning activities based on individual needs, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure a nurturing environment that supports child-led learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care and education as part of a team, adhering to the EYFS framework.
  • Take ownership of key children, developing personalized plans to support their unique needs and interests.
  • Establish a safe and stimulating environment that encourages children to explore and learn.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to team planning, delivering creative and engaging activities that meet the needs of all children.
Requirements:
  • A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or above).
  • Experience in an early years setting (desirable).
  • Ability to plan and deliver creative learning activities that reflect the EYFS framework.
  • Good understanding of child development principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
