Job Title: Head of Software Training

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our software training initiatives. As the Head of Software Training, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering a technical archiving solution, as well as maintaining and further developing the existing software solution for archiving electronic data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conception and planning of a document management system
  • Maintenance and further development of the existing software solution
  • Administration of the IT infrastructure in cooperation with our outtasking service provider
  • Recording of requirements for various IT systems and applications
  • Coordination of these requirements with internal specialist departments
  • Support of the implementation and planning of projects in IT operations
Requirements:
  • Degree in computer science or business informatics or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience in IT operations, ideally with a focus on IT security
  • Familiarity with the provision and further development of IT systems and applications in a heterogeneous network environment
  • Knowledge of the technical guidelines of the BSI and the IT baseline protection compendium as well as ISO 27001
  • Practical experience or sound knowledge in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT security measures
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the provision and further development of IT systems as well as the operation of logging and SIEM solutions, archiving solutions, vulnerability scanners, and the connection of IT infrastructure systems to them
  • Knowledge of the development and implementation of cryptographic measures and skills in dealing with routers and switches
  • Very good command of German (language level C2) and a good command of English (at least language level B2)
  • High level of goal and service orientation paired with a strong willingness to cooperate and the ability to actively communicate in German and English
