**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our client's successful and growing team in Northamptonshire. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the property management process.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely rent collection and maintenance of properties
* Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders
* Conduct property inspections and report on any issues or concerns
* Maintain accurate records and reports on property performance

**Requirements**

* Member of the National Residential Landlords Association - NRLA
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
