About the Role:

Rapier is seeking a skilled Class 2 Driver to join our growing team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering goods to our customers in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Class 2 HGV vehicle to transport goods to customers
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition
  • Comply with all relevant traffic laws and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 2 HGV license
  • Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
