Your Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Registered Manager to lead our home care services in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our clients.


As a successful candidate, you will have significant experience in management within the domiciliary care sector, with a strong understanding of the private client market and Local Authority contracts.


Your Key Strengths:

  • Experience in managing teams and leading change initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and staff alike.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and services that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
