Role Description
    Clear IT Recruitment is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant to support the Family and Litigation Department. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative assistance to solicitors, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Responsibilities
    • Administrative support to solicitors in the Family and Litigation department
    • Creation of bundles and preparation of court documents
    • Typing correspondence, reports, and other documents
    • Diary management and calendar organization
    • Provision of administrative support as required

Requirements
    To excel in this role, you will possess:
    • 1+ years' experience working in a family or litigation law department
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital dictation systems
    • A smart and tidy appearance
    • Excellent timekeeping and attendance

Salary Details
    The salary for this position is estimated at £28,000 per annum, based on industry standards.
