Nursery Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Nursery Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of level 3 qualified practitioners, promoting learning and development.
- Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment for the children, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
- Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices, upholding the highest standards of care and education.
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors, and work colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertake training as required, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
