Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of production lines.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime.
  • Implement improvements to increase production efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to meet production targets and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Train other team members on maintenance procedures and provide technical support to other departments when necessary.
  • Document maintenance work and report on equipment performance to inform future improvements.
