As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing workload, liaising with design engineers, creating plant designs, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Workload: Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of design deliverables and effective project management.
  • Liaise with Design Engineers: Collaborate closely with internal design engineers to integrate mechanical elements into overall plant design.
  • Create Plant Designs: Develop P+ID, General Arrangement, and detailed drawings to define plant designs, working with CAD designers and other design engineers.
  • Communicate Effectively: Liaise with site managers and commissioning managers during relevant stages of the project, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field, preferably in mechanical engineering.
  • Education: Formal education in a related field, such as project management or engineering.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and tools like Microsoft Project and Asana.
