About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Assistant to join our team As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Assist with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
  • Work closely with a close-knit team to provide high-quality care and support
