Care Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Assessing & Welfare team. As a key member of our Dog Operations team, you will be responsible for providing front-line leadership and management to a team of Rehoming & Welfare Assistants and Coordinators.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Rehoming & Welfare Assistants and Coordinators to ensure excellent animal care and welfare standards
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high-quality delivery of customer service
- Work closely with the Dog Operations team to ensure seamless delivery of animal care and welfare services
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve animal care and welfare standards
- Proven experience of successfully leading a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Working knowledge of the behaviour of dogs and the challenges they face in a rescue environment
- Proven experience of providing advice on dog behaviour or training
