Mechanical Maintenance Technician

ATA Recruitment is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading UK food manufacturer in the FMCG marketplace. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting reactive maintenance and PPM on mechanical machinery, high-pressure boilers, pumps, valves, weighers, baggers, and flow wraps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reactive maintenance and PPM on mechanical machinery, including high-pressure boilers, pumps, valves, weighers, baggers, and flow wraps.
- Fix and maintain fast-paced industrial production machinery, including gears, motors, conveyors, and bearings.
Requirements:
- Mechanical engineering apprenticeship time served C&G L3 or qualified to NVQ L3.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, working alongside production staff and shift supervisors.
