This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a competitive salary and range of benefits. As a Desk Based Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth annual reviews of clients' financial circumstances, identifying future aims, objectives, and new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting annual reviews of clients' financial circumstances and identifying future aims, objectives, and new business opportunities.
  • Ensuring the quality of all client files and ongoing service opportunities are up to date and adhere to regulatory and organisational standards for compliance and T&C.
  • Meeting the regulatory aspects of the role, including ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
  • Developing and maintaining an understanding of the AFH Financial Group's strategy and core values.
  • Representing the AFH brand in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, QCA Level 4 (or FCA approved equivalent) as a minimum qualification and to maintain certified status in accordance with the FCA regulations.
  • Well presented, articulate, and dedicated to doing the right thing for our clients, with excellent IT skills and embracing the new virtual/digital ways to communicate with clients.
