Senior Systems and Infrastructure Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems and Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at QA. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing 3rd line technical support for our user base across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new infrastructure solutions, including planning and implementation of Azure architecture.
  • Provide high-level technical support for appliances and products, including Cisco and Server 2019.
  • Resolve complex technical issues, including workstation, system, infrastructure, data, and telephone-related problems.
  • Identify recurring problems and report them to the IT Systems Manager.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Azure Cloud Computing Services (ACCS) and migration to Azure.
  • 3rd Line support experience and knowledge of ITIL guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Veeam Backup and Change management.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and infrastructure solutions.
