Job Title: Senior Technical Artist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Artist to join our team at People Can Fly. As a Senior Technical Artist, you will be responsible for leading the Technical Art team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality game assets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the Technical Art team to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality game assets
* Collaborate with the Art Director and Art Leads to set technical guidelines for content development
* Develop powerful and efficient workflows for the Tech Art team
* Research and implement new techniques and procedures to improve game asset quality
* Analyze and improve art asset inefficiencies to optimize console and PC performance

Requirements:

* 7+ years of game development experience
* At least two AAA titles developed and shipped from start to finish
* Great understanding of creative and game development processes
* Experience in all aspects of creating game content for consoles and PC
* Visual scripting in Unreal Engine Editor strong experience
* High knowledge of Photoshop, Zbrush/Mudbox, Substance Designer, and Adobe Suite
* Proficiency with Atlassian software (JIRA, Confluence)
