Eyecare Manager

At Vision Express, we are seeking a talented Retail Store Manager to join our team in Cleethorpes. This exciting opportunity will see you leading a team of 7 part-time retail colleagues and locum optometrist colleagues within a large Tesco store on the Hewitts Circus Retail Park.
As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting a positive work culture. Your expertise in managing day-to-day operations, motivating and inspiring your team, and implementing store improvement plans will be invaluable assets to our business.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including free eyewear, on-target bonuses, and opportunities for career development.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with premium eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley, and Prada, and contribute to our mission to provide tailored and effective eyecare solutions to customers every day.
