About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our award-winning team at Rockfish Budleigh Salterton.

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in our busy beachside café style restaurant, creating an environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in leading the team and achieving business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.

Requirements

  • At least one year's experience in a similar hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a positive team culture.
