Job Description

The Cleaning Services Worker II cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all designated areas are thoroughly cleaned.
  • Ensure all equipment is used and stored as necessary.
  • Regularly inspect equipment and report any deficiencies.
  • Verify equipment is safe and functioning properly.
  • Assist in linen systems.
  • Perform extra spring/deep cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Operate site washing machine for internal laundry where applicable.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and Fire Policy.
  • Report hazards to Management.
  • Maintain high standards of component hygiene.
  • Respond to customer comments or complaints in accordance with company policy.
  • Ensure personal hygiene and attire meet the highest standards at all times.
  • Participate in company training to enhance performance.
  • Suggest areas for improvement and take corrective action as required.
  • Carry out reasonable instructions from Aramark Management.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Courteous demeanor.
  • Flexibility in hours and duties.
