We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team at Reed Accountancy. This role is integral to our operations, particularly as we serve the unique Italian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash receipts, and chasing small amounts.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as bank reconciliations and potentially assist with PA duties.
  • Engage with clients and maintain strong customer relationships, particularly with our Italian clientele.
Requirements:
  • Trustworthiness and a reserved nature.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Italian and any other European language is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of £28k - £30k.
  • Flexible working hours with a start time between 8-9 am and end time between 4-5 pm.
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
