**Quantity Surveyor Role Overview**

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Select Appointments. As a key member of our construction team, you'll be responsible for supporting the Quantity Surveyor in managing project finances, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them.

About the Opportunity

This is an excellent chance to join a rapidly growing new build residential developer and contribute to the success of our projects. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with the project management team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the Quantity Surveyor in preparing project budgets, tracking expenses, and analyzing financial reports.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Salary and Benefits

  • A competitive salary up to £40,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
