We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Carrington West. As a key member of our Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from £10m to over £100m, working closely with our passionate and growing team.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with our Civil and Structural teams to develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Contribute to the development of our company's strategic plans, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Civil Engineering Project Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of project delivery and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices, with the ability to provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
