About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and innovative Brand Strategy Manager to join our team in Feltham, London. As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of our Snacking marketing plan and new product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis: Responsible for ongoing internal and external performance analysis, supporting the Senior Brand Manager to deliver actionable insights.
  • Innovation: Supports the development of new products through the Go To Market process, from insight to execution.
  • Marketing Activation: Contribute to the best possible execution of current year plans, with clear measures for success.
  • Consumer & Competitor Insight: Monitor competitor marketing activity and contribute to briefing and organising research projects.

Requirements

  • Ideal experience at Assistant Brand Manager level within an FMCG company.
  • Experience in analysing data and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with experience of working cross-functionally.
  • Well organised, able to multi-task and deliver projects to a high standard.
