The salary for this permanent Specialist Registered Nurse job is £32,240 - £37,960 per annum.

Main Responsibilities:

  • As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, one-to-one care in the comfort of the patient's home, focusing on delivering gold standard care.
  • You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering one-to-one care in line with the patient's needs, maintaining professional standards and following the relevant care plan.
  • You will build lasting relationships with patients, stakeholders, and patient support networks to support patients' treatment and recovery.
  • You will accurately document all patient care and clinical observations to provide real-time data.
  • NMC Registered
  • Recent qualified UK experience working as a registered nurse.
