Job Title: Care Manager for Domiciliary Care Branch

At Purosearch Ltd, we are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Manager to oversee our Domiciliary Care branch in Dartford. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and a strong knowledge of CQC regulations.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care Manager and lead a group of carers in delivering high-quality care to their service users. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, and providing support, training, and development for staff.


Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of carers in delivering exceptional care to service users
  2. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations
  3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Dartford branch
  4. Provide training and development opportunities for staff

Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards it
  • Previous experience in domiciliary care (preferable)
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Excellent leadership skills and a proactive approach to managing a team

Estimated Salary: £40,000 per year for 40 hours per week
