We are seeking a skilled and reliable Yard Operative/Handy Person to join our facilities team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and maintenance of our yard areas, including patrolling the premises, checking vehicles, and monitoring security cameras.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ultimate responsibility for the security of all yard areas
  • Check vehicles coming in and out of premises
  • Monitor security cameras and report any incidents to management or police
  • Record any events during the shift in the security log
  • Ensure only authorized personnel have access to the site
  • Maintain good housekeeping in the yard at all times
  • Perform general yard duties, including weeding and power washing

**Requirements**

  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to juggle a busy workload and remain calm under pressure
  • Great team player with a commitment to offering first-class customer service
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Essential driving license
