Caregiver Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Care Support Worker to join our team at Adigo Care. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults within their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, housework, and medication management to service users.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks, including companionship and emotional support.
• Work collaboratively as part of a wider team to deliver exceptional care and support.
• Use your initiative to problem-solve and adapt to changing situations.
• Have a valid PVG membership and SSSC registration, or be willing to obtain these.

Requirements:

• SVQ2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care, or be willing to work towards it.
• A positive attitude, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work using your initiative and as part of a team.
• Car driver (preferable).
