Site Manager for High Voltage Substations

We are seeking a Site Manager to lead our team in delivering high voltage substation construction and maintenance works across Northern Scotland.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing site-based teams, ensuring safe and timely delivery of projects. You will work closely with colleagues to install and construct electrical power distribution and transmission systems from 400V to 132kV.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the installation of ground-mounted and structure-mounted power system components, including cable systems, switchgear, transformers, busbars, relay panels, and associated equipment in substations operating at up to 132KV.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Electrically qualified and capable of carrying out electrical work on HV equipment.
- Experience in supervision of staff and subcontractors.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits including:
