Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our members, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Group Exercise Classes: Lead high-energy group exercise classes, ensuring that all members feel welcome and engaged.
  • Mentorship: Support members in achieving their fitness goals, offering guidance and motivation to help them succeed.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification or higher.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a gym environment, preferably as a Group Exercise Instructor.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a passion for fitness.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including staff discounts, free parking, and opportunities for professional development.
