We are seeking a highly skilled Diabetes Nurse Advisor Expert to join our team at Chemistree Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the field of Diabetes, supporting healthcare professionals and patients in making informed decisions about treatment pathways.

About the Role

As a Diabetes Nurse Advisor Expert, you will work closely with patients and practices to assist healthcare professionals in delivering up-to-date care for their patients. You will also deliver a unique nursing programme focused on driving best practice and delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a unique nursing programme focused on driving best practice and delivering excellent patient care.
  • Work in partnership with the NHS in primary care to improve patient outcomes in line with national guidelines.
  • Collaborate with patients and practices to assist healthcare professionals in delivering up-to-date care for their patients.
Requirements
  • NMC registration.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing diabetes within primary care.
  • Knowledgeable and confident in the provision of education, support, and advice to people with Type 2 Diabetes.
  • Skills and knowledge in the optimisation of oral hypoglycaemics.
  • IT literacy, to include primary care systems.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a competitive basic salary, company car or car allowance, bonus, NMC/RCN fees, pension scheme, private health, and additional package benefits.
